Week 1 – Tuesday

Tuesday’s protocol was intense, filling my day with treatments that demanded both physical endurance and emotional openness. I started at 7:45 a.m. with local hyperthermia—my protocol was on targeting my belly area, paired with IV infusions of Glutathione followed by Selenium. Next was Insulin-potentiated therapy (IPT), administered on an empty stomach. I felt a sense of accomplishment knowing I was in a moderate state of GKI Ketosis and had faithfully observed a 12-hour fast to achieve optimal results.

At 14:00, following that physically demanding session, I transitioned into the emotional realm with EFT tapping and coaching led by the remarkable Mona Meyer, an esteemed cancer and wellness coach. Her insightful approach unearthed deep emotional blockages, granting me fresh perspectives on how my inner world was affecting my health. Determined to act on these revelations, I resolved to integrate her feedback immediately, beginning the process of healing the emotional weight I had been carrying.

I couldn’t help but reflect on our Islamic ethos of Tafakkur—the practice of deep contemplation that nurtures emotional resilience. In that transformative moment, I knew I had to channel my reflections from the blessed Qur’an into action, setting the stage for my healing journey. Subhanallah—glory be to Allah.

At 15:50, I experienced the restorative power of Hugo PEMF—a session that not only calmed my body but also aided in healing and tissue repair, giving a boost to ATP production in my mitochondria. Later, I participated in a group meeting where we gathered to share reflections and exchange inspiration on our journeys. Despite our varied backgrounds and beliefs, we were united in purpose and in our acknowledgment of a higher power. In that profound moment, we all recognized and honored that presence of that higher force and for me it was Allah knowing that deepening my understanding of Allahs’ Wisdom can bring clarity, strength, and trust in His plan.
